<li>Ensure that any maintenance contracted to another maintenance organisation is monitored for compliance with the contract or work order.</li>
<li>Establish an independent audit system to monitor compliance with any regulatory Part-145 requirements, and that an audit plan is properly implemented, maintained, and continually reviewed and improved.</li>
<li>Establish regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to appraise the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring. This include details of any reported discrepancy not being adequately addressed by the relevant person or in respect of any disagreement concerning the nature of a discrepancy.</li>
<li>Monitor the amendment of the ST‘s procedures and standard practices ( any relevant MOE, including the associated procedure(s)) and their compliance with the current revision of Part-145 plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material issued by any relevant CAA.</li>
<li>Submit MOE and any associated amendments, to the relevant CAA`s for approval</li>
<li>Assess providers of materials, standard parts, components and contracted organisations for satisfactory product compliance in relation to ST’s needs.</li>
<li>Assess subcontractors working under the Compliance Monitoring and maintaining the expertise necessary to be able to do so, to the satisfaction of any relevant CAA.</li>
<li>As and when applicable, issue/renew/cancel any Part-145 C/S - S/S individual authorization.</li>
<li>Responsible for acceptance on temporary or occasional cases base maintenance tasks (AD’s, SB’s) to be performed by a line maintenance organization.</li>
<li>Notify the relevant CAA, as applicable according to the procedures established in the relevant MOE, of maintenance activities conducted outside the approved locations.</li>
<li>Ensure that STAM Part 145 certification and third-party accreditation are obtained and maintained (AS/EN 9100 series, etc.)</li>
<li>Perform competency assessment of Quality &amp; Safety Inspectors and ensure inspectors remain independent of the maintenance process.</li>

We are looking for new Sheet Metal Technician colleagues to join us as soon as possible and take an important role as the responsible for our Part 145 in our facilities in Billund and in Sønderborg Denmark.
Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.
Your principal responsibilities:
<ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Performing aircraft and or component metallic structure inspection and assessment tasks, by ensuring that all maintenance steps or inspections are carried out at the required standards and raising non-routine/defect cards for the defects related to the tasks he is assigned. This concerns parts from aircraft in maintenance, modification, Service Bulletins, as well as components repaired on shop level as an OEM service partner, with expertise in doors, leading edges, steps and flight controls. </li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Perform all types of metallic repairs including standard methods as well as metal-to-metal bonding, metal-to-composite bonding, and replacement of sub-parts and accessories. </li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">As an integral team member, working in close cooperation with your colleges, from other internal and worldwide departments, to achieving a common goal on site or worldwide.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Ensuring that only effective and current maintenance data is used for maintenance instructions and that all applicable maintenance steps are accomplished for the assigned job.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Paying more attention to critical/complex maintenance tasks and always considering safety in his/her work.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Working in accordance with company procedures, giving due consideration to Human Factors philosophy, using only correctly maintained and uniquely identified personal tooling, company tooling and calibrated test equipment.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Ensuring that the organization’s procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out maintenance tasks and filling out the maintenance records for the assigned job.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Ensuring that required serviceable tools and materials are used for the accomplishment of the assigned maintenance tasks as required by effective current maintenance data.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Ensuring that only serviceable components with appropriate documentation are installed on the aircraft for the assigned maintenance task.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Following procedures for task/shift handover to ensure effective communication.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph">Maintaining standard engineering practices within the hangar/workshop, such as accurately completing task cards, general hangar/workshop husbandry, as well as ensuring workplace cleanliness and taking active measures to prevent FOD.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">Willing to travel between SGD and BLL facilities if required, with company provided transportation.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Knowledge / education within sheet metal / fabrication industry. Aviation industry, preferred.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Fluent in English, oral and written.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Able to work structured, autonomous and good at decision making.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Quality conscious.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Ability to obtain permit to live and work in Denmark.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Ability to obtain an Airport pass.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">Hold a valid drivers license.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">+2 years of experience in a Part 145 environment or –&nbsp;In addition to the minimum requirements (knowledge / education within sheet metal / fabrication industry), willing to do aircraft structure training as required to fulfil the role. This training will be provided by the company as onsite training and external training courses. </li>
